Walter Jenks Morgan was an accomplished painter and illustrator.He worked for all the leading periodicals of the day including The Graphic, Illustrated London News, as well as for Cassell & Co. He exhibited widely in his lifetime including the Royal Academy, at Suffolk Street, and the New Watercolour Society, later the RBA. He was President of both the Birmingham Art Circle and the Midlands Art Club. In very good clean unfaded condition. Signed bottom right.
